Generally, the foreigners entering Poland can be divided into 3 groups. According to their citizenship, there apply different rules, which is shown by the table below:

The citizens of countries with which there has been established an agreement of visa-free travelling

Members of the following countries can stay on Polish territory without visa only when their stay does not exceed 90 days: ATTENTION! If, however, you visit Poland with an intention to take up a job, start any gainful business activity, or if you are planning to extend your stay for longer than 90 days, you must apply for a visa. |
