You should never leave your baggage unattended or fall asleep in a train or other mean of public transport. When your baggage is stolen, you should contact with the police and with the train conductor (when travelling by train).
NOTE! Always keep your eyes on your baggage, e.g. in a bus, on a train, at a platform. At such places, thefts are very often and mostly are done at moments of inattention.
It may happen that our baggage is found, so always contact with a lost and found property office. Phone numbers and addresses
Mobile phone theft
If your mobile phone is stolen, you should report such fact to the police. However, it is a very rare situation that a phone is found. Every cell phone has its own identification number (IMEI; it is put in documents and/or under a battery). Please give this number to the police, together with your contact number and you will be informed in case it is found.
If you had a subscribed phone services, immediately contact with your mobile supplier in order to block your SIM card to avoid situation that a thief makes calls on our cost.
Mobile phones, similarly to wallets, should be kept in places which are not easy to be accessed by pickpockets. It is not the best option to keep your phone in a back pack or in a purse. Do not keep your phone on so called leash.
