If a deed is required, one should take into account the notarial fee. It depends on partnerships ad valorem carried by partners of contributions, and in case of companies on the amount of the share capital. The notarial fee can cost from 100 PLN up to 10,000 PLN.

Both, the entry, the change of the subject data and a removal require announcing such facts in the Court Journal and Economic Gazette (art. 13 acts of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (Journal of Laws from 2007 No. 168, amended pos. 1186)
