If supplied information raise doubts, an appropriate office decides upon registration.
Required documents:
- an application with explanations regarding lack of possibility of registration in a standard way (material-technical procedures),
- a completed form, signed by a person applying for a registration,
- for verification, if available, a document confirming legal rights to a dwelling where the applying person would be registered,
- confirmation of unregistering form the previous permanent stay address (in case of applying for a permanent registration).
Procedures
Application submitting begins explanatory proceedings which aim is to check legality of person's stay in a dwelling. Proceedings include interrogations of parties and witnesses, registration controls etc.
Proceedings are completed with an administrative decision regarding registration (consent or refusal).
Term of proceedings end – up to 1 month; in especially complex cases – up to 2 months. This period can be extended, but an office is obliged to inform parties about such fact and about expected date of completing the proceedings.
Appellate procedure
Within 14 days from the date of decision delivery, parties have the right to appeal against it to a Voievod (Wojewoda) within 14 days from the date of the decision notification.
An appeal is submitted via the organ that issued the decision.
Costs
10 PLN for issuing administrative decision.
An appeal is free of charge.
