Wired Internet is a connection with the Internet via wires. The standards of the landline Internet are: Dial-UP, ISDN, LAN, DSL and its variants. The access to the Internet requires concluding a contract for its supply with one of the operators. To do so, a foreigner needs to present the same documents that are required to conclude a contract for the supply of telecommunications services.

Some operators, especially in big cities, offer landline Internet along with landline telephone and cable TV, and some of the operators, like Aster (Warsaw, Cracow and Zielona Gora), also together with mobile telephony. The merit of choosing such an integrated offer is a lower price of each of the services than in the case of choosing only one of them. The bill is added up, what makes the payment easier.
