A work permit remains valid in spite of entrusting a foreigner a job work in a different position than specified in a work permit for a period of 30 days a year, in the event of the change of the seat or place of residence and other changes concerning the employer – on condition that the employer shall immediately notify the province governor in writing of the change of the situation. The conditions necessary for issuing the work permit must remain fulfilled (labour market test is not carried out)*.
A work permit will remain valid even if an alien does not take a job in the first 3 months of the validity of the permit or will not perform work for a period of up to 3 months, provided that such a break stems from the fundamental causes and will be agreed with the employer, who will notify the province governor in writing about the situation.
