Offices should handle your cases immediately, i.e. as fast as possible.
A case that needs additional proceedings, should be handled within one month and in case of the complex cases - up to two months.
Offices are obliged to inform a petitioner about any delays, giving reasons of such delay and new date of considering.
If your case is not considered on time you can make a complaint to a superior institution (e.g. in case of cases submitted in Commune Offices, a complaint should be submitted to a Self-Government Appeal Court) and in case of no results - submit a complaint regarding administrative inactivity to the Provincial Administrative Court (in every province such court handles complaints for activity of administration of that province).
